In addition to the workflow, we also include the Heritage escalation plan for each project, posted on those project sites for easy access. Within the escalation plan, we define the chain of command so our customers know who to call in case they have needs.
With every project, we place a Construction Manager and Field Supervisor onsite for direct access prior to construction dates to ensure an easy transition of mission-critical information, project-specific criteria, and timelines.
